libcollections15-java software package provides Apache Commons Collections with generics support, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcollections15-java
libcollections15-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcollections15-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcollections15-java *
You will get with libcollections15-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
